Introduction
Diploma in Contemporary Islamic Sciences (DIC) is a special program that integrates between Islamic sciences and other skills by offering Islamic studies courses as the core courses and a selection of elective courses from professional fields like business administration, Islamic banking and finanace and information technology.


Programme Details 
A student has to finish 92 credit hours to complete the program.

By the end of the program, the graduate has reliably demonstrated the ability to:
1. Inculcate Islamic personality in accordance with Islamic teachings and values.
2. Practice Islamic professionalism in various fieldworks for the benefits of the ummah.
3. Promote the goods and prevent the evils in creating Islamic environment in the society.

Note:
a) In order to graduate with IIC Diploma in Contemporary Islamic Sciences, a student of this programme must pass the following courses:
      i. ALL courses with status code C
      ii. Any SIX courses from EA; or
      iii. Any SIX courses from EB; or
      iv. Any SIX courses from EC

b) Total Credit Hours required for graduation = 92 Credit Hours
