English is a medium of instructions both in learning and services in International Islamic College (IIC). As such, Centre for Languages (CEL) offers English classes for Certificate level and Diploma level to the students as to encourage them to use English and improve their written and communication skills. For the English classes, we blend together the basic skills: GRAMMAR, READING and WRITING, LISTENING and SPEAKING in our teaching. At the same time we incorporate the Islamic perspective and in-line with the college’s objective towards creating Islamic professionals.

The Centre also offers Business Communication, Arabic Language, Bahasa Kebangsaan (MQA required subject) and Mandarin. We believe that by providing our students with various languages, besides of their mother tongue, they will be more versatile and exposed to other cultures. Thus, this would enhance their communication skills and at the same time would strengthen the ‘Ukhuwah’ (bond) among other races and religions.

Students are required to complete all the courses offered by us below for the graduation requirements.
