School of Management (SOM) is a department filled with highly dedicated, hardworking, and experienced lecturers. It is a team-oriented department and responsibilities are shared amongst team members. It is in our dream to see that SOM will emerge as the best Management School in Malaysia. And with this dream, we are making our living worth. SOM has always maintained a high team spirit and level of volunteerism. We believe in educating our children, groom them and give them hope for a better future. InsyaAllah, our efforts will be rewarded.

The School of Management (SOM) offers a unique learning experience which takes place in a positive atmosphere generated by a team of dedicated lecturers who are very keen to develop the students natural desire for knowledge and equip them the essential skills so that they are able to apply their knowledge, critically explore potential opportunities, contribute creative ideas, inspiring peers and survive the challenges of the modern business world.

Courses offered by School of Management are a blend of behavioural, functional, and financial aspects. This blend of knowledge is to reflect the demand of the market. Apart from these, instilling Islamic values has always been our top priority parallel to the vision of IIC that is to produce Islamic professionals. All of these important aspects are essentials for students to face the ever challenging working environment. Furthermore, courses offered by the school have been designed and developed to allow students to have the opportunity to acquire knowledge, develop skills and cultivate attitudes conforming to the Islamic values which will help to fulfill their potential and maximize career opportunities.

School of Management is proud of its achievement receiving full accreditations from the Malaysia Quality Agency (MQA) for all programmes offered by the school, in which it will enable our graduates to be recognized and accepted by other universities locally and overseas to pursue higher academic qualifications.
