This programme will equip the students with the Diploma in Islamic Early Childhood Education (DCE) programme aims to produce graduates with competitive knowledge, principles and skills in contemporary childhood knowledge, competence pedagogy and societal inter-relational skills. It also emphasizes on Islamic values and ethics in some of the courses. The students also will be exposed to the aspects of physical, moral, social, cognitive and spiritual development of children below zero to six (0-6) years old. The students assessed on their ability to demonstrate the learning outcomes in both academics and fieldwork, as outlined by the Malaysia Qualification Agency. Diploma in Islamic Early Childhood Education (DCE) graduates will learn essential skills in conversation through different platforms and under various conditions skills to enable them to interact effectively, preparing them to thrive in their personal excellent and future endeavour.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- A pass in SPM with a minimum of 3 credits in any subject or its equivalent;
OR - A pass in SIjil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) with a minimum of Grade C (GP 2.0) in any subject or its equivalent;
OR - A pass in Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) with a minimum grade of Maqbul;
OR - A pass in SKM Level 3 in Early Child Care/Preschool and pass SPM with a minimum of 1 credit in any subject;
OR - A Certificate in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or its equivalent;
- A Certificate in any field or its equivalent;
- Entry requirements dor admission into the Diploma’s program (level 4,MQF) through APEL A. Applicants must be/have:-
– A Malaysian citizen; and
– The candidate should be more than 20 years of age in the year
of application
– Relevant work experience/prior experiential; and
– Pass the APEL Assessment
* A student has to acquire 92 credit hours to complete this programme.
