The Diploma in Creative Animation (DCA) programme aims to produce graduates with competitive knowledge, principles and skills in terms of theoretical and practical in the creative content industry. Diploma in Creative Animation (DCA) graduates will learn essential skills in animation through different platforms and under various conditions. They will be exposed skills to enable them to thrive in the future endeavour. Lifelong learning skills are integrated into the courses and evaluation exercise with the emphasis on critical thinking skills and personal excellence. Diploma in Creative Animation (DCA) students are also introduced to photography and video-making courses as value added skills.

1. Possesses SPM with at least credit in THREE (3) subjects;
       OR
2. Possesses SKM Level 3 / Sijil Vokasional Malaysia (SVM) (Note: The HEPs are to conduct screening and provide necessary guidance specific to the discipline of the programme);
       OR
3. A Certificate (Level 3, MQF) in relevant field with at least CGPA of 2.00;
       OR
4. A pass in Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) with at least Grade C (GP 2.00) in any subject;
       OR
5. A pass in Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) with at least Grade Maqbul;
       OR
6. Other relevant equivalent qualifications recognised by the Malaysian Government.
       AND
7. Pass an interview (online / virtual / conventional) OR submission of student’s portfolio, to be determined by the HEP as required.
