The aim of this programme is to produce graduates with adequate knowledge, values and skills in the Islamic Studies especially in Shari’ah’s field. This programme provides excellent platform in producing graduates who are professionally competent and committed to the practice and promotion of Shari’ah. The programme aim is to produce graduates who possess a satisfactory command of Shari’ah knowledge, skill and aptitude to serve the profession, society and the nation. At the same time, possess skills for lifelong learning and career development and also develop a sense of awareness to uphold Shari’ah values and social justice. The course will be focusing into the several areas such as analyse and apply the priciples of Shari’ah from its sources, lead and engage in terms in problem solving task through effective communication, utilize ICT to advance their knowledge and skills and demonstrate ethical and professional values and moral obligations in providing services to the society as a whole.

1. PASS the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) examination with 3 credits, including Bahasa Melayu AND two (2) other subjects AND PASS Arabic (Communication/Advanced)/Al-Quran & Al-Sunnah Studies/Islamic Syariah Studies and one (1) other subject
       OR;
2. PASS any certificate recognized as equivalent by the Government of Malaysia.
3. Other qualifications recognized as equivalent by the Government of Malaysia.
4. Applicants are encouraged to have a background in Islamic studies.
