In the process of education development in higher institution especially in private sector, financial assistance is very important to students. This is to ensure that learning process of each student is smooth and the students can complete their studies successfully. As such, the college has set up a special department to help students in their application for financial assistance especially from Perbadanan Tabung Pendidikan Tinggi Nasional (PTPTN), Employees Provident Fund (EPF), Pusat Zakat Negeri, Yayasan Pendidikan Negeri, Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam Negeri Sabah (JPA Sabah), Kementerian Pengajian Tinggi (OKU), etc.

Apart from the various loans available, students may apply for other loans or sponsorships from state agencies. Some of these include the various State-Education-Foundations (Yayasan Pendidikan Negeri). Students also may apply for the educational loans or sponsorships from pusat-pusat zakat negeri. Please refer to the respective agencies for further details.

The students also can also apply for an educational loan from the local banks. Students may meet the bank officers and collect the information about the loan. In short, students may apply directly to the respective banks. IIC will not be involved in these applications. But, students may request from Students’ Finance Department (SFD) for certification letter for the said purpose. Usually, the bank will communicate with IIC once the student’s application has been approved. For other financial assistance, students may regularly check from daily newspapers or magazines, available in Malaysia.
